Your self-concept...your inner thoughts...matter. Ancient literature from the great books of faith and religion, to works of philosophy and psychology all teach a similar truth--"AS a man thinks in his heart, so is he." You are and you are becoming what you think about. So, for example, if you think of yourself as a thoughtful, caring person you will tend to look for this trait in others and you will personally cultivate and express care and thoughtfulness in relationships.
Now, let's consider 21st century marketing through RCB. Do you see yourself increasing your marketing skills and financial health through RCB and your teammates? If you focus on this each day, you will indeed experience that reality. The "animal" below needs some clarity within. How about you? Decide who you are and you will be well on your way to becoming just that.
