E-Store:  40 beta testers continue to give feedback and suggested refinements to the RCB E-Store. We anticipate that the E-Store will become a favorite of RCB members and of those we invite to utilize it. 

New Security and Tax Reporting Measures Instituted:  
Go to the profile section of your business back office.
  •  Under "Detailed  Settings"    Include your contact info. Especially your phone number for essential contacting. 
And **REQUIRED--Enter your TAX ID info--                                                                                                                                    
  •  1.  your social security number  or  2. your FEDERAL EIN number .
  • International participants are asked to include any Tax reporting Identification information needed by your government. If none is required, than nothing is due.
 **Withdrawals will not be honored until the TAX ID info is on file.  Cooperation is appreciated.

Yet to come--USA Residents must complete a W-9 form. In the near future, you can download and complete the form from the back office. Once completed, you can fax or email it to RCB Coop. W-9's are necessary for tax reporting purposes. At year's end, you will receive an IRS form 1099. Your W-9 must be on file for us to be able to complete the 1099. Turn your W-9 form in ASAP. To assist you, we will provide a downloadable one.
  • Under "Secure Your PIF Transactions"  You can choose to add greater protection to the Pay It Forward process. Here's how—
1.  Click enable PIF security   2.  Enter your personally selected PIN code.  (all numbers up to 15 digits.)

  • Under "Payment Settings"                                                                                                                                                            
         For withdrawals,  

 1. You must choose the processor you are using. The drop down arrow gives you the available choices.                                           

 2. And you must add the Processor ID, usually your email address.
Note: We cannot process withdrawals unless we have the tax identification info and your processor info.
  • Under Replicated site(s) 

If you do not have a replicated site, a zero will be entered in this last section.
